“This book is a significant step forward on the path of consolidating the knowledge on Tropical Andean liverworts and hornworts. It will be helpful for everybody working with these plants in the Neotropics and deserves a place on each bookshelf. I wish it a wide audience and hope that it stimulates further investigation into the world of these fascinating plants.” (Michael Burghardt, The Bryologist, Vol. 125 (1), 2022)
