Front hinge cracked, both hinges weak. Card glued to endpapers, the remains of a binding protector made by a previous owner. Some age toning throughout, but otherwise generally very crisp and clean. No foxing. Light soiling to front endpaper and half title page. Soot toned top edge. McLevy’s first collection of stories derived from his career in law.
