Chalk streams are part of our heritage, ae uique to England and yet are Internationally renowned for the quality of their dry fly fishing, flora and fauna. The water meadows are generally complementary to the chalk streams, with many of their natural features having been changed by man over the last 450 years to provide a now redundant system of agriculture.
