Author Biography

Photographer Jean-Baptiste Leroux immortalizes the history of the Principality of Monaco and its gardens. His work, which was displayed for several years at the Réunion des Musées Nationaux, has appeared in numerous publications and advertisements for prestigious brands. Mic Chamblas-Ploton studied literature at the Sorbonne in Paris and is a journalist specializing in the art of gardens. Working in collaboration with photographer Jean-Baptiste Leroux, she is the author of several books, including Jardins à la Française (French Gardens), published by Imprimerie Nationale Éditions and winner of the prix Eugène Carrière de l’Académie française, and Jardins en majesté (Majestic Gardens) and Monaco les couleurs du temps qui passe (Monaco: The Colors of Passing Time), both published by Éditions de la Martinière.
