Author Biography

MEGAN JACOBS is a palaeontologist born and based on the Isle of Wight, currently completing a PhD at the University of Portsmouth. Her research includes work on dinosaurs, pterosaurs, and marine reptiles. She is the co-founder of Wight Coast Fossils and has led thousands of fossils walks on the Island’s shores. This book draws on her extensive feudal knowledge and years of public engagement to make the island’s geological wonders accessible to all.
