Nick Moyle and Richard Hood are founders of the award-winning website www.twothirstygardeners.co.uk, which chronicles their adventures turning what they grow and forage into drinks.The authors of the craft-beer book Brew It Yourself, sold in ten languages, they write for UK magazines and journals, have appeared on national TV (The Alan Titchmarsh Show and Countryfile) and are regulars on the events circuit.
