Veldgids Paardenbloemen: taxonomie – herkenning – ecologie (Field Guide to Dandelions: taxonomy- identification-ecology)

Systematic accounts of dandelions usually divide species into sections for each genera, and in this book, the author distinguishes 10 sections. The book focuses on species found in the Netherlands, where species in the section Taraxacum (meadow dandelion) are the most common and those in the section Palustria (marsh dandelion) are the most endangered.

With clear new determination keys  and hundreds of photos, the aim of the book is to sinplify identification of species from all sections and will be of particular use in Holland and in neighboring areas of Germany and Belgium. It should also be of wider interest to dandelion enthusiasts elsewhere.
