Very scarce monograph on Pelargoniums with lovely of-the-time full-page colour illustrations by Anthony Lake. Red cloth boards with gilt spine titles and green geranium flower to front; slight wear to spine only. A very small amount of underlining in ink, very light spotting throughout (many illustrations remain unaffected), otherwise crisp, clean and bright. Contemporary (1952) ownership inscription to FFEP. Heavier spotting to closed edges of the textblock. The illustrated DJ is clean and bright but with several chips and small holes, particularly on the spine.
