3 volume set in red cloth with red top edges and untrimmed for edges. Boards a little bumped and marked but good for age; front hinges cracked. Internally crisp and clean; just a little age toned and some foxing to endpapers and first and last couple of leaves. Ownership inscription dated 1954 to both FFEPs.
With 54 full-page plates of which 30 are in colour and 433 figures in the text.
