The book will contain an introduction, a chapter devoted to the morphological study of Pezizomycetes, a description of each family accompanied by a key to the genera, followed by a presentation of each genus with a key to the species, and finally a presentation of the species themselves. A bibliography and an index will complete the volume. Distribution maps will be available on the ascomycetes.org website.
