A very lightly used and well looked after set of the revised and enlarged two-volume 2nd edition, which further adds the history of medicine in Scotland up to the end of the 19th century. Blue ribbed cloth boards with spine and cover titles and gilt cover image; slight hint of rubbing to extremities only. Gilt top edges; remaining very bright indeed.
