Both the russet cloth bindings with gilt spine titles and gilt eagle to front, and most of their contents, remain crisp, clean and bright, however there is foxing to the first and final few leaves of each and to the outside edges of the textblocks. The slipcase is rubbed and lightly worn. Incl. 94 maps and 165 plates. A detailed two volume work on diurnal birds of prey, beautifully illustrated throughout with colour plates.
