Book Condition: Very Good+.
Very crisp, clean and bright inside and out including all 12 colour plates. Very little age toning and no foxing. Slight very pale stain to top edge of textblock. Rebound in red cloth some time ago, with titles and ‘589’ in gilt to spine. Endpapers replaced in cream. Library stamps etc to FFEP. Contemporary review and pre-publication publisher’s advert neatly taped to left margin of title page. Library sticker to rear of title page. Overall a lovely copy.
