Author Biography

Dr. Srikumar Chattopadhyay retired scientist from Centre for Earth Science Studies, a Fulbright scholar,  National Fellow of Indian Council for Social Science Research, now serves as a Consultant of Kerala-Development and Innovation Strategic Council, Government of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram. He is a geographer working mainly in the areas of natural resources management, participatory local level planning and sustainable development.
