Danielle Gallacher has immersed herself in the art of foraging and wild food for over 20 years, equipping her with an intimate understanding of nature's bountiful offerings and the delicate balance required to sustainably engage with the environment. She has been growing her own organic food for 10 years, and has spent the past 5 years building an edible food forest on her 640sqm allotment site in the north of England. Her growing style is based upon a mixture of permaculture & no dig methods, as well as biodynamic and lunar growing principles.
