Author Biography

Dr Isabel Zuloaga is a full-time Professor of Commercial Law at Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. She has been a Becas Chile Scholar and completed both DPhil and MJur at the University of Oxford, United Kingdom. Isabel is a Member of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, the International Bar Association, and the Chilean Lawyer's Association.
