Author Biography

Doblin Sandai is a mycologist, and holds a PhD in Molecular Medical Mycology from the Institute of Medical Sciences of the University of Aberdeen, UK. He is currently Associate Professor at the Infectomics Cluster of the Advanced Medical and Dental Institute of Universiti Sains Malaysia Bertam, Malaysia. His research focuses on the virulence enzymes, proteins and gene regulation of the pathogenic yeast Candida albicans and the impact of natural products on growth, infections and resistance.
