Creating New Native Woodlands

Reprint of FC Bulletin 112, first published in 1994, providing a description of the major types of semi-natural woodland in Britain, guidance on methods of design of new woods which are likely to encourage the development of communities similar to semi-natural woods, and a series of design prescriptions for new native woods to enable selection of the appropriate woodland type for any given site.
