Orders may also be placed via e-mail or telephone at any time. An answerphone/fax service is available 24 hours in our absence. We are most likely to be there to take your call between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Postage - UK postage is charged at £1.96 for orders under 0.5 kg rising to a maximum of £3.50 for orders over 1 kg. Overseas shipping charges are based on the total weight of the order. PLEASE NOTE FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: if ordering several books we may be able to offer cheaper postage options, especially to IRELAND,and NW EUROPE
Payment - VISA/MASTERCARD/AMEX/JCB/Maestro/Solo/Electron are accepted without charge, by on-line ordering from this website.
VAT - All books are zero rated in the UK. Our VAT registration number is 442 8165 50.
Returns and Cancellations - 1.Damaged, imperfect, or wrongly supplied books may be returned within 2 weeks of receipt for full refund, inclusive of return postage costs.
We respectfully ask customers to INFORM us by e-mail or telephone prior to returning books.
2.Books may be returned to us for any other reason, within 2 weeks of receipt. A refund of the item cost will be made, provided that the book is received back in satisfactory condition.
3.Orders may be cancelled at any time prior to the dispatch of goods.
